The 2nd Era of KVLEB Begins

I'm Back.

For those who know, I could not produce music for two months because my computer broke. No bueno.👎

Anyways, I was able to dig out the old computer I used to produce everything up to Dreamer Boy and surprisingly it still works. It's not the most ideal solution since the screen doesn't work (I've had to hook the laptop to a monitor if I wanted to use it), the performance is crappy, and I'm missing plenty of plugins (including Serum 2, lent to me by a friend who gave away the max amount of licenses lol). However, I can make music again!

Debut album is on it's way :)

You know what that means: new music. I decided to start working on my debut album as KVLEB, and so far it's wayyyyyy superior to Discoveries EP. I'm blending lots of different styles in this one to make one unique sound. I want it to be my massive debut in the broader-ish underground electronic music community, so I'm spending extra time on this album to master the personal narrative behind it, the sound design, mixing, and even some lore (oooh). So basically what this means is y'all are gonna have to wait at least a year (sorry).

But Wait! There's More

In the meantime, I'll be releasing two tracks by September from the album. One of them I've already started teasing on my SoundCloud and is also a collab with not one, but ✨TWO✨ people. They will be referred to <person 1> and <person 2> until it is ready to announce the release.

Behind the scenes(ish): We started working on this last month when I didn't have a computer to produce music on, so I wrote the lyrics while <person 1> produced the basic layout of the song. Later on we were able to get <person 2> to sing lyrics. We're not done with the song yet, so there's still plenty to do; <person 1> and I still have to make some edits, and I'll also be recording some violin 👀
